I love this place. Good prices and decent foods. I always try their monthly specials because they're usually unusual, but tastey. I go here every week for the katsudon.

You can order takeout over the phone, so you don't have to wait. I think the taste is by far the best among other tonkatsu chains in the same price range. I don't think I have any bad feelings about customer service. I would appreciate it if you could use coupons even when ordering online, so please improve that area.

The limited time Tenshinhan Chicken Katsudon was delicious. However, the desk was covered with spilled food from the person in front of me and was stained with sauce. It's very busy so it's not an atmosphere where you can have a relaxing meal.
