The difference from loin cutlet is that rib roast has more fatty meat. It was certainly a bit greasy, and at 300g, the second half was a bit over my stomach's capacity, but I enjoyed it until the end. Apparently you can take it home if you can't finish it all, but I managed to finish it all, but I'm sorry I couldn't finish it all, even though I really liked the taste of the pork soup, just like the tonkatsu and rice. The brand seems to change depending on the day, or it may not be in stock, so this time I only had the regular Ibaraki Yoshimyo pork, but it was still delicious. At 180g, it seems quite large. Of course, the batter is thin and the bread crumbs are fine, so it doesn't add any bulk to the size. Furthermore, the rice is delicious, and when I asked him if he was particular about the rice, the owner said he didn't seem to be particular about it, but maybe it was because they used gas to cook it. A large pork cutlet at the beginning and end of eating. Although it gets a bit boring, this restaurant has a wide variety of seasonings. Standard sauce, salt, shichimi, mustard, grated ponzu sauce, The green onion sauce and miso make it delicious till the end. The side dishes were also very rich. Among them, the miso soup has plenty of vegetables and meat. Pork soup with lots of ingredients! The taste is also very delicious. I'm not dissatisfied, but there is one thing to note.
