Kawaguchi, Saitama, Japan｜とん多

I randomly stumbled upon this place on Maps when searching for another one and I am so glad we decided to go here. This was my first time having Tonkatsu and it was excellent. We both had the Tonkatsu set for 1600yen which came with the Katsu, Rice, Miso Soup and vegetables. We also got free green tea, which the owners were very surprised I asked for sugar for :). They are an older couple and both are absolutely lovely. I cannot stress how welcome they made us feel, even with limited Japanese. This was my absolute favorite food related experience in Japan so far and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Absolutely delicious . Big portion as well. The owners are super nice. Highly recommended
