This tonkotsu restaurant is located on the 11th floor of Isetan and has a digital wait line. You can get a number, walk around a bit, and check to see if your turn is coming up. We were there on a Sunday night and it didn't take long at all - there was just 4 numbers ahead of us. Food was fantastic! We especially loved the black pork katsu and the chawanmushi. Even the dressing for cabbage was delicious. Service was quick. Would definitely like to come back to try other dishes.

Delicious Tonkatsu available on the 11th floor of Isetan. Reasonably priced and they have menus in multiple languages. The customer service was great. I'd recommend it.

An excellent Tonkatsu restaurant on the eleventh floor of Kyoto station in the food court inside the Cube. The place can get very busy at lunch and diner time, so expect to wait. The oyster, the shrimps, the pork are just sublime inside the very light breading. Excellent dishes with free refill on cabbage and rice. A very popular place and affordable.
