The tender fillet cutlet, which is about 2cm thick with only meat, is crispy and crunchy with coarse bread crumbs! The meat is moist, juicy, and soft, and it's perfectly fried. If you put plenty of rich demi-sauce on it, it will be delicious. You can't help but eat a lot of rice, but they will make you a large serving of rice for free. Of course, the loin cutlet is also thick and full of volume, and it is as delicious as the fillet cutlet. Also, the miso soup is crisp and has a strong seasoning.
