Traditional style shop. As for my favorite tonkatsu, the taste here is my absolute standard. The fillet cutlet is the king, but even if the loin cutlet has a large amount of fat, I can't help but eat it all. Menus other than tonkatsu are also stable and delicious. Beef stew, tonkatsu, or even fried chicken, I seriously worry every time. From rice to miso soup to pickles, nothing has been cut short. I want to keep it a secret, but I always order handmade shumai. Freshly steamed and piping hot, 650 yen for 5 large pieces is quite a bargain. The cream croquette has a rich taste with plenty of butter and fresh cream. You can rest assured that no matter what you order, you will be able to eat it with peace of mind, as it is cooked by a skilled craftsman using the proper ingredients. The sauce is a rare type of smooth Worcestershire sauce, not the usual thick tonkatsu sauce. Based on the long-established Mitsuha Asahi Sauce, this is a special dish remixed by the owner himself to match the restaurant's cuisine. In general, tonkatsu sauce is rich and has a strong taste, but the sauce here does not spoil the taste of the meat, and it makes the dish more delicious and adds umami, so I went to another store. Sometimes I just wish I had the sauce here.

I ate the pork cutlet, which was thick and tender. The sauce was just right so it didn't interfere with the flavor of the garlic.

It's been my go-to since I was a kid! Fillet cutlet set meal is a staple at our house. It's perfectly fried, with a thin coating and a slight red tinge left inside. The potato salad that comes with it is refreshing and doesn't taste like mayonnaise. The miso soup is also red and has green beans and mitsuba leaves as a nice accent.
