I visited around 5pm on November 14th. I was a little nervous because the reviews weren't very good, but my father-in-law had apparently seen it on TV and had been wanting to go for a while, so I decided to give it a try. The inside of the store is nice and clean. Since it was still early, there was only one customer and the large parking lot was empty. It was a one-off surgery with a handsome clerk with a nice smile, but he responded quickly. My father-in-law and I had fillet cutlet, and my husband had pork loin. Doteni is very delicious with lots of ingredients and goes well with rice. Since I didn't order it on the iron plate, the doteni was placed in a separate bowl on the tonkatsu plate. I enjoyed it by pouring only the miso part on the pork cutlet and eating the doteni ingredients separately. It feels like a good deal. Before the food is served, the cabbage is brought to you (of course, it is also served with the pork cutlet).There are two types of dressing, plum and sesame, so you won't get tired of it. The pork cutlet is also crispy, soft and delicious! The white rice was Akita Komachi, a new rice. It doesn't seem like it's always the same, like Yumepirika or Koshihikari, but it's a luxury to have such delicious white rice available! There was Tsubozuke on the table, so it was a perfect accompaniment to white rice. By the time we left the store, the number of customers had increased, and the part-time clerk was also working. It's become more lively. We were extremely satisfied, so we realized that reviews are not reliable. I don't go there very often because it's far from my home, but I definitely want to go again. Doteni was also available for takeout.

If there can be improved, it will definitely be ☆ 5. ------- Visited again after 1 month. I ordered Hatcho miso sauce cheese fin cutlet. If this is the case, I will judge that it is a ☆ 5 quality. The cutlet is soft and fried, and the compatibility of miso and cheese is the best. Some people may be concerned about the price, but it is still cheap compared to Nagoya's famous miso katsu shop. It's been a hectic time since the beginning of the rotation, and the evaluation is still low.
