When you try it on top of a large bowl of rice, you will be overwhelmed by the sheer volume. Not only is the ginger sauce delicious, but the pork loin is also thick and creamy. The best way to enjoy a delicious sauce is to mix it well with the meat, then tap it onto the rice and stuff your mouth with it. The thing that surprised me the most about this ginger-grilled set meal was the minced meat cutlet❗ The inside of the minced cutlet is soft and creamy, just like a crab cream croquette, and the cross section is glistening with the meat juices. The taste is creamy, and even more milky, which is novel. It was so delicious that I wish I had a set meal with this minced cutlet as the main dish. I went for fillet cutlet, but the loin cutlet set meal (880 yen) is also popular, and this one is even bigger! The slightly pink cutlet is perfectly fried. The miso, sauce, and mustard add a different flavor and fill you up. The dark red soup stock was also great. There is no service lunch on Sundays and holidays, so please order in advance. Regular holidays are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Only cash accepted. Only 4 table seats (for 4 people) and 2 to 3 counter seats.
