Katsuya is really good. I think it's amazing that you can get this much volume at this price. It is also accessible from the south side. As other people have said, the staff's attitude is so low-level that you can't believe it's Katsuya. There is room for improvement.

The staff's response is also cheerful and good. I think they are being properly educated. It's quite crowded even on weekdays. It is best to make a reservation by phone in advance for take-out.

There are no problems other than the service. Not a lot to ask for from fast food. The service was busy so we had to wait quite a while. On the other hand, that's how popular it is. The clerk was doing his best.
