I love this miso. It has a nice sweet and firm feel. I also had the pork loin, and it was satisfying as the meat really stood out. I had some impressive tonkatsu.

I came to Nagoya and want to eat miso katsu! Although I thought that, there weren't many shops available, so I chose it because it was nearby, but I was surprised that it was so delicious! Grandma, wife, husband, children? family run? It felt like a homely, old-fashioned diner. It seems that local people come rather than tourists. Ordered miso fillet cutlet. Meat, clothes, and fried condition are the best! Above all, this sweet and thick miso sauce was the best match for the cutlet. The red soup stock was just the right amount of flavor and was very delicious, and I definitely want to visit this restaurant again when I come to Nagoya. Thank you for the meal.
