This tonkatsu restaurant is located near the Higashi Fire Station in Miai, just after turning off National Route 1. I had been curious about it for a while, so I decided to give it a try. It's a calm one-story building, and when I went there on a Sunday afternoon, there were about 10 people ahead of me in line. The system was a little unique, probably because I was running the shop by myself. To order, I looked at the menu, chose what I wanted, wrote what I wanted on a piece of paper, and placed the paper in front of me without saying anything. (The instructions are written on the seat.) This time I ordered the ``Miso Cheese Fillet Size Large'' (2100 yen including tax). It seemed like a lot of work since I was able to do everything from cooking to serving by myself, but the meat of the fillet cutlet was soft and had just the right amount of fat, and it went well with the cheese and miso, so it was delicious! I would like to try other menu items as well.
