A katsudon chain restaurant that originated in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. It is located near Laguna Gamagori and has two types of seats: counter seats and tatami seats. The wait time after ordering was so smooth that it didn't feel boring. I had the Hatcho miso katsudon, and it was really rich and made me feel like I was really enjoying miso. The batter was crispy and you could tell that they were very particular about the cutlet. The udon noodles that came with the set also had a gentle soup that seemed to calm the mood. As the name suggests, the pork loin cutlet is cut in two pieces, and no matter which part you eat, the batter is soft and crispy, and it's very filling. The pork soup has a lot of ingredients, and the radish and meat are soft, and the miso soup with the dashi stock is very delicious and has a relaxing taste.
