The food was great. We had miso cutlet, fried shrimp, and raw oysters. The cutlet was not greasy and had a sweet taste. Maybe loin is better than fillet? Even the miso in the fried shrimp is delicious and sweet. The raw oysters were also very fresh and I wanted a second helping.
