When it comes to tonkatsu in Nagoya, Ma Maison comes first. The batter is crispy and the inside is juicy. It's a bit pricey, but I think it's a great place to take customers for a meal.

A popular pork cutlet restaurant in Shinei that I was interested in. Since I went on a public holiday, there were about 10 people in line from the time they opened. This time I ordered “Whey Pork 160g”! The serving time was about 15 minutes even when it was busy. The pork cutlet was thick at 160g and felt like a classic dish, not the rare type that is currently trending, but it was soft and the fat had a very sweet taste! Next time I want to go for weekday lunch!
