The Miso Katsu is one of Nagoya’s popular dishes… and this one is amazing! Just go with the recommendation, which is a tray that includes a deep fried Tonkatsu with the popular Miso sauce, pickled vegetables, white rice and a soup. Would definitely recommend if you are around.

Tried the famous miso katsu and it was okay. Too flavorful for me but maybe what other people are looking for. Service was slow maybe because they were closing within 2 hours... great location next to the castle

My first taste of misokatsu, and it was delicious. They pork was well cooked and the sweet red miso sauce went very well with it, was pleasantly surprised. The condiments and miso soup were also delicious. The service was excellent, the chef even went out to ask if I was enjoying the food. They do not take card payments work Apple Pay but they take IC card payments so able to pay with Suica. Anyone visiting Nagoya should go to one of their branches.
