I wanted to eat miso katsu and searched for it on Google Maps. Tonkatsu Yachiyo was a hit. It was lunch time, but there were only 3 other groups in the store. I was a little worried, but I ordered the miso cutlet set meal for the time being. It seems that the general is cooking alone in the kitchen, so it takes a long time from ordering to serving the food. I can't help it because I'm doing it alone. First of all, a salad and a small bowl will come out. Miso cutlet comes out when you finish eating it. It seems that the wife is the one who prepares the food, and it takes time because I am doing it alone. There was quite a bit of time between the miso katsu being served and the rice and miso soup being served, so maybe I had to order the rice and miso soup separately? I thought. I ordered a set meal, so that's not the case, but... The food was finally ready and I ate it, but it was delicious! One word. The miso cutlet had a good taste, but the potato salad on the side was very delicious with a nostalgic taste. It's not a place I can come to so often, but it's a shop I'd like to visit again.

The selling point here is definitely the lunch katsudon (530 yen). This price is exceptional as it comes with miso soup, pickles, and another dish. The cutlet is delicious, and I always order coffee etc. because it's so cheap. The owner seems kind and the atmosphere is great!

I used to live nearby, but I moved away, but whenever I want to eat tonkatsu, I still go there. The thick pork cutlet here is absolutely authentic and delicious. The price is also worth it. Also, the mixed salad is delicious🎵I highly recommend it.
