This is a service provided in some Kazuyuki areas, but I never knew there was a tonkatsu chain in such a remote part of Chiba (excuse me) that was offering such great service. The time it takes to serve the food is a little long, probably because the food is cooked after receiving the order. Of course that's okay. The moment I opened the lid of the earthenware pot that was served to me, I was greeted by the sparkling rice that caught my eye. I was convinced, like a revelation, that this rice was delicious. This is absolutely delicious. No, it's really good. Is it so delicious to cook rice in a clay pot? I'm impressed that after much research, they have found the optimal solution for cooking time, heat level, and water level in this clay pot. The pork cutlet was delicious, but the rice was so good that it overshadowed everything else. This makes it impossible to sleep at night without asking for a refill. They looked at us and told us not to refill the rice pot, so when we asked for it, a new one was delivered within a short time. And here I am sorry for the stingy pork cutlet with a small number of grams. There aren't enough wankers. You can also get a second helping of miso soup, so you can have a second helping of miso soup, but I still want to eat this delicious rice with tonkatsu. For those of you who have read this long post, I recommend that you order a tonkatsu with a larger number of grams. A wonderful pork cutlet shop that I met in Mobara, a remote and undeveloped area. I'll be coming here often for work for a while, so it was a happy afternoon as I decided to have lunch here every now and then.
