This is the best pork chop I've ever had. It's perfect in every way. The coating, pork quality, cooking, dipping, and portioning were all perfect. Totally amazed. I am a very picky eater, but this time, I give full stars without hesitation

“Tonkatsu Santa” is familiar to Matsudo residents. The batter looks tough, but it has a unique texture that is crunchy and melts in your mouth. It's a wonderful tonkatsu with the flavor and sweetness of the meat coming from deep within. I always order a single item of pork cutlet, rice, tofu miso soup, and pickles. For my first visit in 2022, I ended up having a loin cutlet and rice.
