When I saw the fillet cutlet that came out, I was a little surprised at how round and round it was. Although it is quite thick, the meat itself is very soft so you can easily bite into it. A half slice is the size that you can eat in about two bites, so it feels a bit small. I tried both the sauce and the salt, but I found the salt to be more delicious as I could feel the crispiness of the batter and the flavor of the meat. At first, I thought it was a bit lacking in quantity, but once I finished eating, I felt quite satisfied. Payment is by cash only.
