Chiba, Japan｜Katsuhana Sogochibaten

I ordered a set meal of shrimp and fillet cutlet. The batter was crispy and very delicious.

Hana had an image of seafood, but Katsuhana specializes in tonkatsu, and it's delicious. The special sauce and cutlet go perfectly together. The lemon dressing on the cabbage is also delicious. Everything is delicious, including the pork soup, so if you're in trouble, this is the place to go.

The same goes for Katsunana everywhere. Sogo store doesn't seem to be special. Cabbage, rice. Apparently, the secret to its popularity is that you can get unlimited refills of the miso soup. In winter, you can also enjoy fried oysters. The fried shrimp was also excellent.
