2023.02.17 (Friday) Weather: Sunny Open 11:00 I went at 11:36 AM. There were no other customers in the store, but two couples and three solo customers soon arrived, but there were still empty seats. I ordered the small loin cutlet set meal for 1078 yen. As their signboard is pork cutlet, I was surprised to find that they served authentic pork cutlet, comparable to Hisago near Kashiwa Station. I could feel that they were very particular about the way they were fried and how they were placed on the plate, and the quality of the meat was very good and the fat was delicious as well. It was also nice to have good quality salt, which is a must for an authentic tonkatsu restaurant. If there was one more type of rock salt from 〇〇, I would have felt that they were particular about the salt, but I knew that it was not cheap salt but good salt. And it was great that the cabbage was free and the miso soup had a lot of ingredients. (*This is not pork soup.) Ordering is via a touch panel, and the interior of the store was very nice and clean, probably because it just opened. It's on the second floor, so you have to go up the spiral staircase to get to the second floor. I'm very happy to have such an authentic store in Abiko. I was very satisfied with both the taste and the quality of the meat, and since it wasn't that expensive and it was delicious, I thought it would quickly gain popularity and become a restaurant with long lines.
