I had the Yamakake Soba. I really liked the taste of both the soba noodles and the dashi soup. The yam is especially delicious. It had a firm consistency that didn't dissolve in the soup stock, and it went well with the soba noodles. I was surprised that the grated yam was floating in the soup until the end. I had miso yaki for the first time in my life, and the miso wasn't salty, but had a fluffy and gentle flavor. Soba noodles? It was also good that it was included. I was surprised by the way the grilled seaweed was served. It was warmed over charcoal and served crispy with wasabi and soy sauce. Each item is carefully made and I would like to go again.

About 2 years ago, I went to this place for work, and after finishing work, I had lunch here as recommended by a friend ☺️ Set of zaru soba and tempura bowl ¥1300. Delicious and irresistible soba noodles ¥400😆 I think the total price of ¥1,700 is a bargain. Must repeat ☺️ I can recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the meal (^people^)

May 29, 2020. It's hot today... From last year to March this year, it's been cold for the first time in a while. However, it's been a long time since we've had warm winters, and in the midst of a dozen or so years of unusually hot summer days, today was really hot! When you go shopping and think about lunch, you don't want to sweat 💦 and come up with a soba restaurant. Even ramen and fried rice make me sweat, so I came up with a suggestion and left the house, and my wife was in that mode! It's been a little over ten years since I came to Isshi. Ten deals near Kyuja (AEON Hisai store) that I often see. I've been wondering if it's a soba restaurant, but it's here in Mie, so it's okay! It's not Nagano Prefecture (I just don't know the delicious places)... From the name, is it 100% soba?! I don't dislike soba either, and I really like Zenkoji Temple in Nagano. experience... It has become longer. I'm surprisingly obsessed with soba. Around noon, when I went to fill myself up before shopping, I saw people lining up outside in the waiting area while waiting for their turn, which is common at any store! I thought to stop immediately, but my wife drove inside. Just in case, write down the inside! Even if I enter once, I can't find the paper to write my name on, so I leave once. Follow the customer who came later inside. Ah, it was hung on the upper left! It seems that the customer was also concerned about me earlier. But I didn't say anything! I took a peek inside the store, and although the Japanese style is natural, I was overwhelmed by the great atmosphere! I wonder if it's okay to wait. Inside after 20 minutes of waiting for 4 groups. I like the store, and the female clerk guides me to the counter seat and sits down. When you are waiting outside, you will be handed a menu in advance, and after you have placed your order, it feels good to take a seat! Zaru soba in the tendon set and my wife grated yam. While waiting, you can see the room for making soba on the right and the left from the counter seat. Here we come! First, my tempura bowl set, and then my wife's grated yam. For some reason I didn't go to soba first and had a bite of a bowl of sweet sauce. It looks sweet, but it's not as sweet as you might imagine, but it's a fragrant vegetable (🍆) and two 🍤 on it, and you eat rice with them! The sweet sauce, which is not conscious of the aroma and sweetness, and the perfect rice, which is neither too hot nor too cold, is the perfect match for this restaurant. "Really delicious!" My wife also pours the soup on her side, "Wow, it's delicious." "eh! 』 Well then, I also dissolve the soy sauce and wasabi in a small bowl, and then the soba... "Yeah ❢" "As the name suggests, 100% buckwheat noodles?!" The texture of the noodles will smack your lips…😲😋 While I was waiting, there was a pine cone and a slightly larger 🐚 figurine on the left. If you look to the right, you'll see a Japanese-style shop-like container with tenkasu in the menu on a fine wooden cover! I don't really like him with this rating, but it's the first shop I've ever been to that I thought a 6 over 5 would be fine. I guess that's what they do normally, but the (female) clerk who guided me and brought me the food was also casually nice. Even if the young man in the back, who is in charge of making soba noodles and is in charge of cooking, doesn't talk to me, "Is that the second generation? Whoa! 』 liked it. I want to come again❕
