had a great Tonkotsu experience! tried the fried oysters and pork, and they were delicious, not greasy at all! the sitting was on the floor, and the ordering was in Japanese, and the staff was very cheerful and helpful.

It's an amazing restaurant, their por miso is one of the best. Rice, tea and Cabbage are free refill. The service is fast and super attentive The tonkatsu and everything else is fresh, and really good done, the flavor is perfect and if you sit at the bar table you will be able to see how is made! I always go whenever I am in Tsukuba!
