Nagano, Japan｜Kushitaro

Absolute blast here. Talked with the locals and enjoyed the staff immensely. They dealt with my lack of speaking the language well and we shared a lot of laughs. The food was delicious, both salted and with salt. The chef had hand picked the mushrooms in the forest that morning for my miso soup!

Not only was it delicious, but the service and atmosphere were great! I will go again♪

I asked for the manager's omakase skewer set, but it was all delicious. I just wish there were more brands of beer.
