The yakitori is said to have been trained at a long-established restaurant in Tokyo, and each piece of yakitori is carefully hand-finished with scissors, making each piece delicious. Especially Sasami. Light and rare, with a strong wasabi scent, I look forward to the next course. The carefully processed gizzard and the rich flavor of the liver are also good. The rich dressing on the salad and the rich flavor of the chicken soup all tell a story. The Showa folk sound in the background is also perfect for soaking up the experience. Although the owner is quiet, there are many people who come here because they admire his taste and personality. Reservations are required. There are no types of soft drinks, just colas. This is a store that I want to continue to be.

I had a very delicious yakitori course. I was able to eat while watching the polite work in front of me. It's done by one person, so don't rush and enjoy it slowly.
