Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜Harumachido

To have lunch at Koriyama Station, my daughter and I came to Shunmado for the first time, which has a reputation for delicious local chicken. It's a beautiful shop run by a woman. I had Aizu soba and a small bowl (date chicken oyakodon) for lunch. A stylish lunch for women. The soba noodles were very filling, and the staff members were friendly and kind. In addition, they served grilled yakitori (fried chicken thighs, meatballs, and chicken wings), which are not available at lunch, in a pleasant manner even though it was crowded. Freshly baked and delicious ❕ things. The more you bite into it, the more flavorful the meat becomes, and the aroma of grilled chicken fat is so fragrant that the word ``delicious'' sums it all up. This is also a store I would like to visit.

The store's appearance creates a nice atmosphere, and the moment I entered the store, I felt the cleanliness and quality of the product. The selection of local Fukushima sake was excellent, and the Date chicken, Kawamata gamecock, and Aizu Jidori yakitori were all delicious. After debating between Juwari Soba and Oyakodon, I chose Oyakodon. It was very delicious, but I prefer it with a little more dashi stock. It was cozy and very delicious. I'll come back later.

I was wandering around and found a store I used to go to, so I went in for the first time in a while. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, an acrylic board was installed at the counter, and even though I was alone, I was able to find quite ample space. I went there after reading reviews that said the prices were a little high, but it's certainly not cheap compared to surrounding stores. It's not cheap, but the crowd was lively but not too noisy, so I wonder if this place is worth it in addition to the delicious food and drinks. As I wrote, not only the atmosphere but also the food and drinks were so delicious that I ate way too much. Thank you for the meal.
