More Comments at Google Map[Phantom store] There is no menu! A charcoal-grilled skewer restaurant that only lets you leave it to us! The owner's carefully selected sake selection is also impressive! A hidden store located in a residential area. There is no menu at the store! The offal skewers, left to the owner's discretion, are exquisite and each one is carefully grilled over charcoal! In addition to local Fukushima sake, the selection of Japanese sake carefully selected by the owner is truly impressive! If you request what kind of alcohol you want to drink, they will serve you the drink of your choice! The owner's talk is also very interesting, and it's a rare store in Koriyama where you'll definitely become a fan once you visit! Visited about 3 times for work. This time I went on a business trip to Koriyama for one night. I stayed at Hotel Baden, which is relatively nearby. It's always full, so this time I made a reservation and took a taxi! This restaurant serves pork offal skewers, which is rare in Koriyama. They also have a very carefully selected selection of sake, so you can enjoy sake and pork skewers. There is no menu, and you simply eat what the owner cooks, and the cooking stops after one cycle. It comes out regardless of whether you like it or not, so you may like it or dislike it. When I told the taxi driver the name of the restaurant, he seemed to know the restaurant and went straight to the restaurant! To get there from Koriyama Station, take Shizukagozen Street and turn left onto the Inner Loop Line. Turn right at the Fashion Shimamura traffic light and it's about 200 meters away. Look for the red sign. The store has a large L-shaped counter. There were about 2 customers. I probably didn't even need to make a reservation. For now, I have a special seat. I occupied the front of the grill. As soon as I sat down, the general asked me, "Do you know our style?" Since this was my third time, I obviously knew the style, so I told her how many times I had been there, and she added some ink to the grill! Anyway, I ordered some sake and started. First up is the appetizer edamame! When I heard the story, it seemed like the edamame was collected in the field in the morning, and I was surprised to find such delicious edamame! It was so delicious! The sake is not from Fukushima, but from all over the Tohoku region, and it seems like the owner only has what he thinks is good. It's also a fun experience to listen to various stories and order. My favorite was ``Aizu Musume''. I ended up drinking about 3 cups. The skewers are carefully grilled over charcoal. It keeps coming out. All have a strong flavor and are delicious! It keeps coming out. I especially liked the loin and white giblets. It's too good with Japanese sake. Once the skewers have gone around once, the grilling stops, so if you still want to eat them, order what you want. I drank and ate a lot that day, and I was so satisfied! I safely returned to the hotel by taxi.
A friend of mine went to Fukushima for work and used it at a drinking party. Take a seat at the counter and enjoy the yakitori prepared by the friendly owner. It was very delicious! I was surprised by the cola-soaked yakitori lol.
Yakitori will be served as part of the course, so I'm looking forward to seeing what will be served. I'm not picky, so everything was delicious.
