Tomakomai, Hokkaido, Japan｜やきとり秀ちゃん

I've heard many people say this is the best yakitori place in Tomakomai, and I can see why. Everything on the menu tastes great, but I recommend the liver. The complimentary pickled radish is addictive! The couple who run it is friendly, but sharp. You'll love them ;) Booking in advance is advised. I've been there several times now, and I can't wait to go again!

We went to this place after looking at the reviews and took the chance. It’s has been one of the best decision of our three week trip so far. The two owners are incredibly hospitable, and even though they don’t really speak much English and we only speak basic Japanese we managed to converse the whole evening drinking and eating incredible food. My boyfriend had the pork and chicken skewers, the chicken skin thighs, beef grilled slices and the kimchi hotpot. Vegetarian dishes include cold tofu, potato salad (so good) and rice. They also provide you of no charge pickled daikon and edamame. We ended up staying 3 hours. Hopefully will be back in the future

I can't order just one yakitori. From 2 to 3 pieces However, the owner is very skillful and it comes out quickly. Is delicious
