When I had some free time midway through the trip, the owner spoke to me in a friendly manner, which made me realize how great this kind of store is. When I was leaving, the owner came outside. This part was also great. This is a store that I would like to come back to again.

Mr. Daikichi also entrusts the purchaser to the store manager, and it seems that he is allowed to have a certain amount of original menu, so I never got tired of "Yakitori Daikichi Sudaimae" for many years.
