The famous seared cutlet and chanko nabe. The atmosphere is perfect 👌 I felt energized when I ate both the bonito tataki and the chanko.They gave me a good explanation and it was a great restaurant!

I often use it for workplace gatherings and farewell parties with a small number of people. Not to mention the chanko nabe with a strong dashi stock, the bonito tataki and the sweet and salty chicken wings are also very delicious😆

It was my first time eating chanko nabe, and I had no idea it was so delicious! Dashi soup with 15 kinds of ingredients and ginger. It was also a good impression that there were more vegetables than I had imagined!
