More Comments at Google MapI think this store is attracting a lot of attention because it has become independent from a super famous store. It is said to have opened in July last year. I've visited the restaurant several times since it first opened, and it's proved to be very popular, with the restaurant either fully booked or reserved for private parties. I finally visited this popular store for the first time. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with counter seating. But I wasn't nervous at all, it was a good atmosphere. When I went there for lunch, there was only one type of Tendon (2000 yen). A pretty voluminous tempura bowl. As expected, there was a lot of food, so it was a little difficult to eat it all in the end. I think it's amazing that no matter how much I eat, I can't lean back. It was a luxurious tempura bowl with lots of toppings. The shrimp, eggplant, squid, and shiitake mushrooms were all delicious, but the one that impressed me the most was the conger eel. It was big and fluffy. With such a big conger eel on top, 2000 yen is cheap. I am very satisfied with the cost performance.
This Michelin-rated tempura restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Ningyocho Station. The store is bright, clean, and has a good atmosphere with only a counter. I had the evening omakase course and beer champagne and sake. The way it is fried is exquisite, and it has an elegant taste that even women can enjoy. I was completely satisfied with the meal, including the tempura bowl (with tencha tea). Yaguchi's lighthearted talk was also fun. I will go again.
Ningyocho is a city of food, a city of long-established stores, but the tempura restaurant is less than a year old, but there is no fault. Deeply flavored flour and oil are used to quickly finish the tempura in a high temperature setting. We provide quality materials that are not worth the price. It is one of the few restaurants where you can enjoy meals with all five senses. However, the only downside is that if you go at opening time, you may have to wait for a full round of tempura bowls (2,000 yen). In the future, if it tastes like this, it will probably become a high-end restaurant. And it will be a Michelin restaurant in the future (20220518)
