It was a cold day, so I wanted to eat a hot pot, so I went looking for it because it had a good reputation. The entrance has an atmosphere of an old izakaya. When you enter, you will be greeted by smiling and energetic staff. Do you want alcohol? She talked to me in such a friendly manner, and every time she brought me food, she would say, "Look! Big sister! Instagrammable!" There are many types of hot pot, so I was at a loss, but I ordered the most recommended miso chanko nabe. It's a pot filled with seafood, pork, and vegetables. While waiting in anticipation, I was hungry, so I had a snack. Seafood is recommended, so on this day I got a special fried oyster that was 300 yen per piece. Out of all the fried oysters I've ever eaten, they had the least peculiarity and smell, and the oysters just melted in my mouth and were really delicious. I think I said it was delicious 50 times... (laughs) Another thick THE ham cutlet that I like. Mentaiko cheese potato that can't be delicious. Eat while it's hot! As the clerk said, it was delicious enough to burn even a cat's tongue. The long-awaited chanko nabe... As you can see from the photos, it is full of shrimp, crab, salmon, cod, scallops, mackerel, pork, chicken dumplings, and vegetables. I've never seen a pot like this... Needless to say, the soup stock was delicious and delicious. The best part of the dish was the soup stock as well as the ingredients. At first glance, the chef looked intimidating, but the food was so delicious that when I talked to him, he was a kind chef with a wonderful smile! Apparently it's open during the year-end and New Year holidays except for the 31st, so I definitely want to go there. This is my favorite store that I visit regularly.

Chanko nabe is a gourmet izakaya. There was a wide variety of flavors such as miso, soy sauce, offal, etc. The price is a little high, but the atmosphere inside the store is relaxing and you can't help but stay for a long time.
