This restaurant is famous for chanko nabe, but the owner passed away in January this year. It was thought that the shop would be closed, but the family who were left behind reopened the shop before the sorrow could be over. In the beginning, I was unfamiliar with many things that I didn't understand. I am working with you to replace outdated kitchen equipment. The strong proprietress doesn't whine, but I'm sure she's taking over the late owner's intentions and doing trial and error. Most of the kitchen equipment is new and has improved capabilities. The taste is certain, the shop is gradually starting to get on track, so please continue to support the staff who are working hard for Yagura fans. I will support both public and private.
