I ate soy sauce-flavored motsu nabe. The offal was fluffy. The soup stock was light and delicious. The horse sashimi was also tender and delicious. The Jerusalem artichoke tempura was hot and melty inside. After I finished eating the motsu nabe ingredients, I was left with rice porridge. It was absolutely delicious. I want to go eat again.
