More Comments at Google MapI ate Kitakata ramen in Koriyama the day before, and although it was a chain restaurant, it was very delicious, so I went to the real place. However, since it is lunch time in the midst of the Bon holiday, there are lines of all sizes everywhere. While wandering around with an old noodle party map in one hand, I found this only shop that didn't have a queue, and on the contrary, I entered the shop while feeling uneasy. I ordered "Charshu Men (900 yen)". The ramen that was delivered was completely different from the one at the restaurant yesterday, even though it was the same char siu noodles. The first thing you notice is the strong bonito soup stock. And a rich char siu with a mixture of parts of various sizes. It's quite different from the quiet image I had of Kitakata ramen. If the previous day's chain store was commercialized and refined ramen in a good way, this is a rough and rough indigenous ramen that does not flatter. Is it something like "cultured and natural"? The customer service was an elderly couple full of humanity, but looking at the signboard and menu POP, it seems that the younger generation has changed. While I was eating, the number of visitors increased steadily, and it seemed that they were all familiar faces, and they said in a friendly way, "I'm on my way home from visiting a grave." A long-established store used by locals on a regular basis. There is also Kitakata ramen like this. I was very lucky to be able to go to a good restaurant where the food was really delicious.
This is the second time I've eaten there. A kind mother was serving customers. It's delicious with the rich flavor of the char siu and the Kitakata ramen and soup. It's light and doesn't leave your stomach feeling good.
I went there about 15 years ago. At that time, my grandmother was running the business, and Kumi-chan, a part-time worker, was helping out. I wonder if the son is running the shop now due to a generational change? ? It is characterized by a large parking lot, and I remember that the ramen and side menu were delicious ⭐️
