This was my first visit since I saw it open for the first time. I was told by a regular customer that I'll be there when you come in. True to the rumors, everything was surprisingly delicious. Grilled tongue, special tongue, and boiled tongue, especially grilled tongue, are delicious on a different level. What was particularly noteworthy was that the owner was not eccentric, which is common at long-established restaurants, but was really friendly and rather humble, which was another plus. If it's open, I definitely want to go there soon.
