20181202 Absolutely delicious! It's hard to believe that the food can be so delicious. The Q bomb of the beef tongue is grilled with delicious charcoal, and the sauce is baked into the ingredients. I ordered the ox tongue set with three flavors at the same time, each with its own flavor, but the best is the charcoal grill. The rich flavor fills your mouth with the charcoal grilled aroma. It is delicious beyond words. Please come and try it. The yam puree that comes with the meal goes well with the soft rice. It is very refreshing and can be eaten together to relieve greasy. This is the third beef tongue shop (Date, Riku, Kisuke), and there is only one of the four major beef tongue shops!

The shirotan was delicious! Nice texture and flavour without being too oily. The rice was a very big portion though.
