Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan｜Beef tongue restaurant “SUGISAKU”

This was one of the most incredible meals I've ever had. The beef tongue is amazing! If you are a tourist visiting the area, I guarantee trying beef tongue here will be something you never forget. I got a medium set meal at lunch (around 2pm) and I was still full the next day. The chef and the waitress/front of shop lady were really friendly and we spoke afterwards. They were concerned the green pepper would be too spicy and warned me before the meal, however it was really tasty and not too spicy. Their concern made me feel looked after.

Wow it taste really great! Very limited place to try authentic Gyutan but here we can find authentic one. Actually it’s a bit pricy but you should try. I’ll come back again!
