It's finally here. Mr. Tsukasa is famous in Sendai. I made a reservation, but it's a pretty small shop, so you can't get in unless you make a reservation. The fully booked restaurant is lively and has an irresistible aroma of grilled beef tongue that whets your appetite. A space where you can enjoy your favorite Sendai with a meal. Grilled beef tongue, of course, salted sea squirt which is in season at this time, I also ordered the triangular fried tofu of Shigenzan. It's so cool! The grilled beef tongue was soft yet chewy, with the perfect amount of salt and nanban miso, wasabi, and other seasonings to suit your taste.The shiokara sea squirt was not too salty, and after eating it, you could feel the scent of the ocean passing through your nose. The sweetness that stays in your mouth is amazing! I had a happy time with the nostalgic taste of Mt. Seishin Triangular Fried Tofu, which I always ate after visiting the shrine. I would also like to visit you for a luxurious time.

I have been asked several times. I think Saitama's beef tongue is the most delicious! Winner ＼(^o^)／ Heck, I think it tastes better than Tsukasa in Sendai. . smile
