A long-established beef tongue restaurant. I made a reservation 10 days in advance and visited on a weekday. We had beef tongue sashimi, grilled, and boiled. Wasabi is not that spicy, so don't hesitate to spread it all over and eat it, it's delicious. Other than tan, everything I ate was delicious, and I said, "It's delicious! It's delicious!" The menu is only what is posted on the wall. There are few types of drinks, and soft drinkers have two choices: oolong tea and ginger ale. There are more options for drinking.

All of them were delicious, but the grilled tongue was definitely the best! We all had second helpings. They also have good Japanese sake, so I'm very satisfied!
