Machida, Tokyo, Japan｜勝手にレモンサワー 焼肉ホルモンBISON 町田店

This is a yakiniku restaurant I stopped by on my way home from shopping in Machida. There are a lot of izakaya in Machida, so I used to go drinking in the downtown area where there are many bars, but this time I went to BISON, which is a relatively quiet place just outside the north exit of Machida Station on the Odakyu Line. This is a shop located there. I was surprised to see how clean the station was, but I was also surprised to see that the area around the station also looked clean. I really appreciate the pour-your-own all-you-can-drink series that I've used several times at Tokiwatei and Yakitori no Sumire, so I've been actively using those restaurants for a while now. The all-you-can-drink system allows you to pour your own sour from the server at your seat, and you can choose three types of syrup (flavor). Of course, I was able to pour it myself, so I concentrated on drinking it. w I tried the yakiniku as a snack, but the rare parts, lean meat, offal, and chicken were all very delicious! If you place it too close to the center, it will burn quickly, but be careful as it can easily burn. The staff changed the grill many times, but in the second half I learned to grill it on the edge. w I ate it with basic salt, but the richness of the spicy miso goes well with the sour. My favorite meat sushi is lightly grilled by the staff. It has a nice scent when it's grilled. this. Some of my friends drank too much and had to rush for soft drinks and water, but I think it's irresistible for a drinker like me to be able to drink as much as I want whenever I want!

Four friends and I were looking for a Yakiniku restaurant near Machida Station, so we decided to use it. I went there because I was lured by the fact that they offer all-you-can-drink lemon sour for 500 yen for an hour, but the meat exceeded my expectations in a good way and was so delicious lol. The famous tongue salt carpet looked great and tasted great. I forgot to take a photo lol Personally, I was satisfied with the top skirt steak, offal, and chicken! I even ordered a second helping of the yam kimchi appetizer lol I often go to Machida with friends, but I also thought I would use it when I went with a woman.
