1st time in Japan and 1st time trying out Gyu-tan. It’s amazing! If you are not sure how to eat tororo, pour it over the rice.

Under the main street of Dogenzaka and is super quiet comparing to the ground level of busyness. The vibe was chilled, not as overcrowded as other Shibuya restaurants. Recomended for people that love beef tongue, or even if you have never tried it, this is a good place. Free rice refill, you can also ask them to not include the daikon totoro if that’s not your thing. Mirrors all around the wall makes the place look more spacious with a cool, high end vibe. Portion of meat could be smaller than expected but well that’s always the case with tongue.

The beef tongue is so so good especially the thick cut. There was no queue on Sunday noon hence this is a perfect place to have quick meal! The service was great too.
