A friend introduced us to this specialist in beef tongue. As usual in Japan, if a shop focuses on one thing, it elevates the offering to such incredible level you will likely not experience anywhere else. It is a high end restaurant with appropriate pricing. Highly recommended!

Great food and service

This is a famous beef tongue restaurant. It's been over 30 years since I started going there. The technique of aging the tongue has been passed down in this shop.
