Visited by a colleague. It was a shop in an alley just outside the south exit of Shinjuku. Of course the beef tongue was delicious, but the motsu nabe was surprisingly delicious ^_^ It might be the best offal hotpot I've ever eaten! When I asked for boiled tongue which was not on the menu, they accommodated me and the manager was also a very nice person!

Stairs are difficult, but the staff are doing their best. I would like you to raise my hourly wage. It is thick and filling.

Beef tongue that is soft and goes well with Mugitoro. It was delicious. I will come to eat again!
