This is a shop specializing in beef tongue. I recommend all of them. If I had to choose it, it would be boiled tongue!! ️ The soft boiled tongue is sprinkled with salt and pepper and served with wasabi, which is exquisite. The spiciness of wasabi adds a punch to the sweetness of the tongue.

Boiled tan is very delicious (^_^*)
