A beef tongue specialty store where you can taste various parts of beef tongue. When I visited around 1:30pm on a weekday, I was able to get in smoothly without waiting. The inside of the store was very clean and neat, and they had taken thorough measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, such as using alcohol and thermometers. This time, I had the beef tongue hitsumabushi gozen (^^) The beef tongue was thickly sliced ​​and was very tender and delicious. I was able to enjoy a variety of flavors, including the taste of beef tongue itself, ochazuke style, and grated yam. I'm very satisfied! Also, the staff carefully taught me how to taste each item one by one, and I was impressed by her pleasant customer service attitude!

I came here for the first time in six months because my family wanted to go there for the first time in a while. I am completely satisfied with the price which is just better than last time. What I ate was the special tanyaki set meal. Thank you for the meal, I will come again.

Sendai style with beef tongue, barley rice and yam. Miso Nanban is also a classic. It's super delicious with beef tongue and rice. i love this. It's interesting that the three kinds of platters are the same beef tongue, but the textures are completely different. I recommend tasting and comparing. The special selection of tongue is thick, yet soft, and the meat has a great flavor. It's a fatty part, so you'll be satisfied after eating one or two pieces. I took out a lunch box for my family, and they said it was delicious and didn't get hard even when it got cold. There seemed to be a lot of take-out customers, but the store also seemed to be taking proper precautions against the coronavirus. Even though it's beef, it has a cafe-like atmosphere and is equipped with electrical outlets and WiFi. I get the sense that the restaurant is trying to encourage you to enjoy the food slowly rather than just eating it quickly.
