Kawagoe, Saitama, Japan｜Wagyu “Hitsumabushi” Kawagoe Ushikawa

pretty good restaurant with tatami floors and great menu to choose from. I tried their famous meat with dashi and it was very worthy. As you come into the restaurant dont forget to take your shoes. The restaurant is conveniently located beween Kawagoe shrine and the main spot area.

Very nice place at the heart of "Mini Edo" in Kawagoe. The tatami room with chairs and tables is particularly enjoyable. The food, especially the hitumabushi, looked and tasted great (and they even had English instructions to accompany the Japanese instructions!). I definitely recommend it!

Amazing food, amazing service. Will come back again Tomorrow. 10/10 will recommend.
