Omi beef hitsumabushi. Limited to 40 lunches from 11am to 2pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The box is about 15cm wide and 4cm deep. It seems like it's not much, but it's firmly in there. A large serving is about 20cm wide. The photo is large The soup stock is also delicious. Wasabi was also delicious. The parking lot is large, so you can park a lot of cars. It looks like a restaurant with delicious beef tongue. I also wanted to try the a la carte menu 🙌

Visited for lunch shortly after opening on Friday. There were no customers yet, but there was a phone call for a reservation for the night, so there may be a lot of people coming at night. Omi Beef Hitsumabushi was introduced by word of mouth, so I ordered it. Or rather, you can choose the amount, but this menu only. I tried 3 types of weights with sweet and salty beef on top, as it is, with dashi soup, and with wasabi and dashi soup. It was rich as it was, and when I added the dashi stock, it became light, and I was able to feel the three types of atmosphere, which I think was good. I felt that I would like to eat dinner if I had the chance.

I went there for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday. The friendly and easy-to-talk-to-talk manager and staff congratulated me, and the atmosphere was nice, and since it was a weekday, the food was served quickly and I had an enjoyable meal. The meat was very tender and very delicious! I recommend the beef tongue. I feel it's expensive, but it was worth it. I would like to use it again.
