Hotpot is great in winter. ~Previous post~ This winter is my first offal hot pot. The hormones are not bad at all, probably because they are processed very carefully. It was delicious. I made a miso-flavored offal hotpot. It seems to be the most popular. Chasing cabbage is a must. The flavor of the soup soaks into the cabbage and it's really delicious. I think the horumon pork was better. Even though I never thought about it everyday, I felt an addiction to pork (belly). That's how much hormones are processed to make them easier to eat. I was impressed once again. Each dish was delicious. I will go again.

The plump hormones have no smell and are big, so it's GOOD! The room was good as a private room.
