All other parts are also used as side dishes so you can fully enjoy beef tongue! Tongue stew is also a drink that you can drink as much as you want. The nice thing is that you can choose the amount of salad and barley rice. You can also change it to just tofu and salad without the barley rice, making it a healthy lunch. I wanted to eat a lot on this day, so I had regular barley rice and a salad. This salad is made with home-grown vegetables. The seasonal beets and onions are also delicious on this day, and I look forward to eating this salad and waiting for the main dish to arrive.
